In the context of a globalizing world, the integration of a culturally sensitive approach is becoming increasingly relevant in such disciplines as anthropology, pedagogy and psychology. The purpose of the article is to explore how a culturally sensitive approach can be applied in these areas to improve understanding and interaction with representatives of different cultural communities in the educational space. Anthropology, which studies the diversity of human communities and cultures, provides unique perspectives on this approach, emphasizing the importance of empathy and adaptation in culturally specific studies. Pedagogy, in turn, draws attention to the importance of cultural context in educational processes, arguing that understanding the cultural differences of students has a positive effect on their learning and socialization. The approach requires training teachers in intercultural communication and developing curricula that take into account ethnocultural diversity. Psychology, as a science of behavior and mental processes, should take into account cultural factors in diagnosis and correctional work, to prevent cultural bias and misunderstanding. The article discusses methods and strategies that can be implemented in educational practice to increase the cultural sensitivity of specialists, including cultural training, the use of multicultural methods and continuous updating of scientific knowledge. The role of an interdisciplinary approach to creating a comprehensive understanding of cultural phenomena is assessed. The impact of culturally sensitive practices on the development of tolerance and mutual respect in society is also analyzed. In conclusion, the importance of continuous professional development and research of new cultural conditions for the successful integration of culturally sensitive approaches is emphasized. This contributes to the construction of a more inclusive environment in both academic and practical activities
