Review Features of the adaptation process of foreign participants in preparatory faculties (departments) in russian universities

The article summarizes the experience of adaptation work with foreign students at faculties (departments), discusses options for solving adaptation problems, describes the practical implementation of the adaptation process within the framework of methodological activities, extracurricular activities and administrative and advisory support. Particular attention is paid to the influence of a multicultural educational environment and intercultural interaction on the coordination of the work of faculty teachers. The article provides examples of practical educational and extra-audit work with foreign students.

Method Integration of simulation training into medical education and accreditation of specialists in Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University

The paper presents the experience of creating and developing educational models using simulation technology in medical education using the example of the work of specialized structural divisions of the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Based on the first data obtained from a survey of awareness and the level of involvement of the university faculty in the use of simulation educational technologies in the pedagogical process and accreditation of specialists, the authors recommend integrating it more widely into the work of other departments and clinics.

Review Modern educational technologies in teaching students with disabilities

The most effective approach to teaching students with disabilities, according to world practice, is inclusive education. Currently, the state provides people with disabilities with the creation of favorable conditions for receiving education, however, despite the measures taken, adaptation in the process of professional development is a complex multi-stage and lengthy process, which includes a number of difficulties and problems, such as a high pace of learning, constant implementation of educational programs with new forms of assimilation and control, increasing the psychological and intellectual load of students, which in turn leads to the formation of unfavorable emotions, deterioration of the functional state, and a decrease in the quality of student performance results. To date, in the process of implementing an inclusive approach, the domestic education system has faced a number of problems related to both psychological, pedagogical and material and technical aspects. The article presents the most common problems that arise when introducing inclusive education according to domestic and foreign research data, and provides suggested solutions.

Opinion Coping – strategies within the framework of psychological and pedagogical support as the basis for the implementation of the philosophy of independent life for exceptional learners at the university

The author of the article examines some definitions of understanding coping, taking into account its role in the formation of the philosophy of exceptional learner’s independent life in a friendly learning environment. The central conditions for the formation of productive coping are identified, pedagogical techniques for constructing coping are highlighted as the basis for the formation of exceptional person’s independence in the educational process, the main indicators of the successful implementation of these techniques in the context of the creation of productive coping and the formation of exceptional learner’s independence at the philosophical and methodological level in inclusive conditions are shown in the article.

Original research Research of social maladaptation of students with disabilities in the context of psychological and pedagogical support

The article presents the basic concepts through which the psychological modes of social adaptation of students with disabilities to educational activities are revealed, namely communicative, activity, psychosomatic, asthenic. The study sample consisted of 26 students with disabilities and/or health limited activities of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd courses of Tver State Medical University. During the interpretation of the results of the study, it was revealed that the majority of respondents had a low level of adaptive capabilities according to the data obtained, the vast majority of students experience difficulties in the field of social interaction. In this regard, the importance of implementing measures and measures for the psychological and pedagogical support of students with disabilities and/or health limited activities in a medical university is emphasized.

Original research Formation of inclusive competencies of future specialists in the social sphere

This article discusses the necessity of enhancing the inclusive competence of future specialists in the social sector during their university education. The experience of implementing a new academic discipline within the framework of the university’s policy on developing inclusive skills is described. The study of student opinions confirms the effectiveness of addressing the development of inclusive competence through the introduction of a specialized discipline into the curriculum.
