The difficulty of teaching doctors a bioethical block of disciplines (ethical and legal, related to communication, patient-centeredness) lies in the ambiguity of the ethical categories themselves, which differ both historically and culturally. The deontological imperative, which could become a universal measure of the ethical, has similar limitations and, even if it successfully fulfills a normative function, can lead to moral suffering if its implementation is impossible. Other versions of metaethics also have limitations. Additional complexity is created by the starting point for designating a norm in bioethics - the definition of health, which has a biopsychosocial nature. All together, this turns out to be a serious challenge for teaching the bioethical block of disciplines. A possible solution is virtue, the formation of a “virtuoso doctor” capable of coping with ethical relativism - that inevitability that is always present in interpersonal relationships.

The article is devoted to the collection and methods of making preparations of the anatomical museum of the Department of Topographic Anatomy and Operative Surgery named after Academician Yu. M. Lopukhin, Institute of Anatomy and Morphology named after Academician Yu. M. Lopukhin, Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education Russian National Research Medical University named after. N.I. Pirogov Ministry of Health of Russia founded in 1989. The museum's fund consists of natural preparations made by employees and students of the department at different periods of time since 1906, when the Department of Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy under the leadership of Professor F. A. Rein was founded at the Faculty of Medicine of the Moscow Higher Women's Courses. Among the exhibits of the anatomical museum of the department there are preparations with visual topography of various areas of the body in normal conditions and in the presence of various diseases, with examples of variant anatomy, congenital malformations and visualization of changes in the normal topographic-anatomical relationships of organs and structures after surgical operations. The museum's preparations are traditionally used by the department's teachers in the educational process of mastering topographic anatomy and operative surgery by students in the specialty programs "General Medicine", "Pediatrics", "Dentistry", "Fundamental Medicine". The positive experience of conducting training cycles for residents in the specialties “Ultrasound Diagnostics” and “Forensic Medicine” using museum preparations is described in order to improve topographic and anatomical knowledge for making and substantiating a diagnosis, detailing the features of the course of pathological processes and solving assigned professional tasks. The anatomical museum of the department has not only educational significance, but also instills in every student a sense of pride and patriotism, strengthens the inextricable connection between all generations of teachers and students of the university.

This study addresses the frequent use of Latin and Greek in fields such as medicine, law, art history, and religious studies. However, there is a lack of research on how these languages are used in professional contexts, underscoring the study’s relevance. The research methods were the comparative method and the historical method. The study sampled Latin and Greek lexemes in medicine, law, art history, and religious studies. The study concludes that Latin continues to play a significant role in the daily communication of various scholars.

The article presents the main trends of e-learning and their relationship. The concepts of e-learning and digital learning are considered, the advantages and limitations of the digital transformation of education are analyzed. New opportunities are shown through the use of various digital learning technologies. The possibilities of mobile learning, metaphorically called “on the go” learning, are demonstrated.

The problem of continuous pedagogical development of teachers of medical universities is considered. The aim of the study is to generalize the experience of a new approach to improving the pedagogical qualifications of teachers, which was implemented in the innovative project of the federal innovation platform of Volgograd State Medical University «System of continuous pedagogical development of teachers of a medical university (school of pedagogical excellence)». The paper uses methods of theoretical analysis, data comparison, grouping, generalization, as well as survey methods. The total sample was 1,084 teachers who studied at the School of pedagogical excellence in 2021. Pedagogical qualification improvement in the new format of the school of pedagogical excellence, integrates formal training in the course of pedagogy and educational technologies of additional professional education and informal pedagogical qualification improvement - the proactive participation of teachers in event-based education, in the work of the center for pedagogical innovations. It is proved that event-based education allows for the continuity of pedagogical training of teachers for higher medical school. The Federal Innovation Platform has become a space for dissemination of innovative pedagogical experience and for creativity: new educational projects have appeared at the university.

The psychological well-being of postgraduate students not only influences the achievement of educational goals but also affects their decisions to continue an academic career, as well as the productivity of future researchers, teachers, and scientific supervisors. The present study aimed to assess the psychological well-being of postgraduate students. Materials and Methods: A remote survey was conducted with all postgraduate students of the Academy of Postgraduate Education of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia. Of the 42 respondents, 23 were men. The average age of respondents was 31.3±6.20 years, with men at 29.7±6.34 years and women at 33.2±5.56 years. The Ryff questionnaire, adapted by Lepeshinsky, was used for the survey. This questionnaire consists of 84 statements across nine scales: positive relations with others, autonomy, environmental control, personal growth, life goals, self-acceptance, affect balance, meaningfulness of life, and a person as an open system. The Likert scale was used for response options. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software, version 23, to identify relationships between psychological well-being indicators and scales with respondent characteristics and to compare median well-being indicators with normative values. Results: The median values of psychological well-being levels and scales were higher than normative values. Overall psychological well-being levels and scales were not dependent on age, gender, or year of study (p>0.05). However, psychological well-being indicators varied among postgraduate students of different scientific specialties (p=0.008), as did the scales of "environmental control" (p=0.016), "personal growth" (p=0.022), "life goals" (p=0.006), "affect balance" (p=0.045), "meaningfulness of life" (p=0.002), and "person as an open system" (p=0.002). Discussion: The high indicators of psychological well-being and the absence of a relationship between well-being and age, gender, and duration of study contradict the findings of external research. The observed relationship of psychological well-being is likely mediated and determined by socio-demographic personal characteristics of the respondents or the varying concentrations of proven well-being triggers in the environments of individual specialties. Conclusions: It is essential to monitor and compare the academic progress and psychological well-being of postgraduate students to develop strategies for maintaining psychological well-being during education.

Chronic diseases comorbid with tuberculosis mutually complicate each other, leading to a longer course of tuberculosis, limiting the use of necessary anti-tuberculosis treatments. The procedure for providing TB care to the population does not provide for an examination for somatic pathology. The creation of an interdisciplinary service, which included therapeutic specialists, increased the effectiveness of the treatment of both tuberculosis and comorbid pathologies with it.
