The digital dominance in the transformation of modern education creates risks of crowding out the role of direct pedagogical technologies in educational progress. The global scientific landscape, formed on the basis of an analysis of publication activity on the issues of educational technologies in the world's leading scientific journals, demonstrates the current presence of dominant scientific research, and investigative and social interest in the technological equipment of the education sector in the world. By clustering keywords in publications on educational technology issues, the work identifies its meta-subject topics and provides their bibliometric and scientometric assessment. There are eight meta-subject topics in the field of educational technologies: “innovative pedagogical technologies”, “artificial intelligence”, “information and communication educational technologies”, “education effectiveness”, “mobile and media educational technologies”, “educational engineering”, “technologies in medical (nursing) education”, “information educational environments”. Associated with innovations in pedagogical technologies, understood as broadly as possible: from information (mediated) technologies to direct pedagogical ones, the meta-subject thematic area seems to be the most universal for interdisciplinary collaborations and favorable for the emergence of new solutions in the field of educational technologies. In this connection, this direction seems to be a donor for new thematic areas in the area under study.

The article summarizes the experience of adaptation work with foreign students at faculties (departments), discusses options for solving adaptation problems, describes the practical implementation of the adaptation process within the framework of methodological activities, extracurricular activities and administrative and advisory support. Particular attention is paid to the influence of a multicultural educational environment and intercultural interaction on the coordination of the work of faculty teachers. The article provides examples of practical educational and extra-audit work with foreign students.

The article considers one of the forms of university extracurricular work – the work of a student scientific circle at the Department of Physics and Mathematics. Due to the fact that the Unified State Exam in physics is not required for admission to medical universities, students have weak training in this subject. In this regard, the task arises: to increase interest in this subject in various ways. One of the ways is to participate in the work of the physics circle, while both specific scientific work is carried out and reports are prepared in the direction of the relationship of physics with various fields of medicine. When preparing a report, students are guided in advance by the analysis of specific sections in physics in accordance with the topic of the report. The list of topics is posted in advance on the website of the department.

Annotation. One of the tasks of the national security of the Russian Federation in the field of healthcare and the health of the nation is the training of qualified medical personnel. Despite the measures taken by the state, there is a problem of shortage of medical personnel, due to the fact that medical university students cannot withstand the academic load, do not master the amount of knowledge necessary for medical practice, and leave the profession. The purpose of the study is to systematize scientific approaches to the problem of adaptation of students of higher medical educational institutions to learning. Materials and methods of research. An analysis of the scientific literature on the problem of adaptation of medical university students to learning was carried out using an electronic database of scientific publications: articles, reviews and brief reports of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI). The electronic search was carried out using the RSCI rubricator with the keyword “student adaptation” for the period from 1999 to 2023. It is shown that the studies presented in the scientific literature on the problem of adaptation of medical university students to learning widely cover the relevance of this problem, but are fragmented in nature. Risk factors for the formation of maladjustment have not been sufficiently systematized. There are practically no evidence-based methods for verifying educational stress (both philological and psychological aspects). Methods for preventing maladjustment among medical students have not been sufficiently developed from a scientific point of view. Taking into account the fact that the training of qualified medical personnel is one of the tasks of the national security of the Russian Federation in the field of healthcare and the health of the nation, a targeted scientific study of the issues of adaptation of students, development of measures to prevent maladjustment to preserve and strengthen the personnel potential of Russian healthcare, without which it is impossible to maintain health, are proposed and well-being of Russian citizens.

The most effective approach to teaching students with disabilities, according to world practice, is inclusive education. Currently, the state provides people with disabilities with the creation of favorable conditions for receiving education, however, despite the measures taken, adaptation in the process of professional development is a complex multi-stage and lengthy process, which includes a number of difficulties and problems, such as a high pace of learning, constant implementation of educational programs with new forms of assimilation and control, increasing the psychological and intellectual load of students, which in turn leads to the formation of unfavorable emotions, deterioration of the functional state, and a decrease in the quality of student performance results. To date, in the process of implementing an inclusive approach, the domestic education system has faced a number of problems related to both psychological, pedagogical and material and technical aspects. The article presents the most common problems that arise when introducing inclusive education according to domestic and foreign research data, and provides suggested solutions.

The author of the article examines some definitions of understanding coping, taking into account its role in the formation of the philosophy of exceptional learner’s independent life in a friendly learning environment. The central conditions for the formation of productive coping are identified, pedagogical techniques for constructing coping are highlighted as the basis for the formation of exceptional person’s independence in the educational process, the main indicators of the successful implementation of these techniques in the context of the creation of productive coping and the formation of exceptional learner’s independence at the philosophical and methodological level in inclusive conditions are shown in the article.
