Currently, there is an increase in morbidity rates among students. Especially, there is an increase in students with visual impairment, diseases of the digestive system, the nervous system by the end of the training period, which in turn leads to a decrease in the efficiency of young professionals in the future. In this regard, each teacher in the process of teaching students must apply health-saving educational technologies. Their goal is to preserve the health of students, the formation of a priority for a healthy lifestyle. The use of health-saving principles in teaching leads to a decrease in morbidity, an increase in student performance and an improvement in the psychological climate in student groups.

The analysis of legal acts and literature data revealed the main advantages of the electronic information and educational environment for the professional and personal development of medical workers: accessibility, saving time and material resources, adapting educational materials to individual educational needs. The effective functioning of the electronic information and educational environment is possible if the following principles are observed: openness, resource redundancy, integrativity, dynamism, interactivity.

Original research Presenteism of medical staff and its epidemic consequences

Based on the analysis of published research results, the phenomenon of presenteeism is assessed as determining in the structure of economic costs of institutions for ensuring the health of workers, and among the causes of presenteeism, personal indicators and internal motives occupy a leading position. The problem of presenteeism as a phenomenon requires the development of methods to reduce it, prevent occupational risks, and create conditions for health-saving behavior.

Original research Well-being of employees as a priority area of work of a medical organization

Professional burnout of medical personnel is becoming a systemic phenomenon. Federal and regional health authorities define its prevention as a priority task. Foreign and domestic experience in solving this problem indicates the need to develop and implement well-being programs for employees, which shifts the focus of work from "combating the investigation" to creating working conditions and accumulating psychological resources for fruitful and effective activities.
