Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education Russian National Research Medical University named after N. I. Pirogov of the Ministry of Health of Russia
Professional burnout of medical personnel is becoming a systemic phenomenon. Federal and regional health authorities define its prevention as a priority task. Foreign and domestic experience in solving this problem indicates the need to develop and implement well-being programs for employees, which shifts the focus of work from "combating the investigation" to creating working conditions and accumulating psychological resources for fruitful and effective activities.
