Properly organized corporate training, formed as a continuous process, allows you to get positive results in the shortest possible time. The strategy of increasing the level of professional qualifications of nursing staff contributes, on the one hand, to improving the quality of life of the population, and, on the other hand, to increasing the interest of nurses in the results of work, increasing responsibility and increasing the prestige of the profession.
