Original research Development of the communicative competence of residents in the process of studying the course «pedagogy»

Original research Art-therapeutic techniques in teaching the general psychology

The active introduction of distance learning technologies (DLT) and e-learning (EL) in the implementation of continuing education programs requires the systematization of ideas about the legal and methodological aspects of their use in the educational process. The article presents an analysis of the terms and concepts used in describing the processes associated with the use of DLT and EL, the legal and regulatory conditions for their use in education, and also establishes a connection between the form of education, the interaction option for participants in the educational process and the format for implementing the educational process.

Original research Communicative competence of nurses as a component of the trajectory of professional development

Reforms in nursing are increasing the role of communication in the quality of medical services provided to the population. The survey shows that all nurses have difficulties in the field of professional communication and lack of communication skills (50% of cases). The article examines modern methods of vocational training, psychological aspects of adult education, provides the structure of communicative competence and an assessment scale for determining the dynamics of communicative skills and the effectiveness of training.

Original research Some aspects of the methodology for studying the effectiveness of continuing medical education

The paper presents an analytical review of studies on the effectiveness of continuing medical education (CME). We examine various definitions of CME effectiveness, compare Kirkpatrick’s and Moore’s models in the context of CME effectiveness evaluation.  We analyze studies on comparative effectiveness of different methods of medical specialists’ teaching, both traditional and high-tech.

Original research Independent work of medical university students as a condition for the development of their professional potential

The increasingly complex requirements for the training of professionally mobile specialists at a medical university, who are ready to make independent decisions and continuous professional development, involve mastering the methods and techniques of independent work by students of medical universities from the very first days of training. In order to determine the most effective personal-developing approaches to the construction of training, a questionnaire was conducted among students of the pediatric and medical-preventive faculties of the BSMU of the Ministry of Health, aimed at identifying the attitude of students to independent work at the university and analyzing the data obtained in the process of implementing the technology of guided self-study at the departments of the humanities.
