In the modern world, the quality transfer of effective skills to a young specialist is especially relevant. In the conditions of an unfavorable epidemic situation, many knowledge and skills were acquired remotely, which is not acceptable in medical education. When taking office, it is difficult for a young medical specialist to join the workforce due to a lack of professional skills and abilities. In this case, it is important to stimulate the institution of mentoring as an effective tool for introducing a young specialist into real working conditions.
