Communicative competence of nurses as a component of the trajectory of professional development

Reforms in nursing are increasing the role of communication in the quality of medical services provided to the population. The survey shows that all nurses have difficulties in the field of professional communication and lack of communication skills (50% of cases). The article examines modern methods of vocational training, psychological aspects of adult education, provides the structure of communicative competence and an assessment scale for determining the dynamics of communicative skills and the effectiveness of training.
