Continuous medical education (CME) is a key element in maintaining the professional competence of medical workers and tools for solving problems and challenges of healthcare systems. However, approaches to CME often focus on technical knowledge and skills, underestimating the role of soft skills. This article explores the possibilities of soft functions in the CME system. Based on a modern analysis of research into the problems of healthcare systems and medical education, it is proven that the development of soft methods improves the quality of medical care, improves interaction in interdisciplinary schools, reduces the level of professional burnout and partially resolves the challenges of modern healthcare. Recommendations for modern educational programs, including interactive teaching methods and additional professional education programs, are proposed. The purpose of the article: to substantiate the gradual formation and development of Soft Skills in the CME system.
