Normative and methodological aspects of the use of distance learning technologies and e-learning in the implementation of continuing education programs

The active introduction of distance learning technologies (DLT) and e-learning (EL) in the implementation of continuing education programs requires the systematization of ideas about the legal and methodological aspects of their use in the educational process. The article presents an analysis of the terms and concepts used in describing the processes associated with the use of DLT and EL, the legal and regulatory conditions for their use in education, and also establishes a connection between the form of education, the interaction option for participants in the educational process and the format for implementing the educational process.
