Original research Presenteism of medical staff and its epidemic consequences

Based on the analysis of published research results, the phenomenon of presenteeism is assessed as determining in the structure of economic costs of institutions for ensuring the health of workers, and among the causes of presenteeism, personal indicators and internal motives occupy a leading position. The problem of presenteeism as a phenomenon requires the development of methods to reduce it, prevent occupational risks, and create conditions for health-saving behavior.

Original research Features of teaching forensic medicine to law students in modern realities

The methodology of teaching forensic medicine and forensic medical expertise has significant differences for students of medical and law schools. This work is devoted to the methodology of teaching forensic medical examination to law students and identifies areas in the subject that require special consecration within the curriculum. Based on their experience of teaching and knowledge control, the authors propose a methodology for teaching and consolidating knowledge for this group of students, aimed at developing and consolidating their personal and professional competencies in the field of forensic medical examination, as well as applying the knowledge gained in their further professional activities. The authors analyzed and compiled the results of pedagogical experience of teaching students of various categories of higher educational institutions. The obtained results allow us to develop the most effective methodological approach to teaching the discipline and consolidating the acquired knowledge.

Miscellaneous Conflict situations in educational relations: regulatory and legal aspects

This article examines precedents of disputes arising from various aspects of educational interactions, assessing their compliance with the Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation”. The article provides examples of how these disputes have been resolved at various levels, including in the courts. Organizational solutions are proposed for the early and intermediate stages of conflict escalation, before resorting to administrative or legal action.
