Original research Simulation educational technologies as an element of additional professional education

In the Izhevsk Medical Academy, on the basis of a multidisciplinary accreditation and simulation center, training is provided at all stages of continuous professional education, including the development of CME programs. The use of such technology is possible both for training with the help of highly realistic simulators and for quality control of the work of practicing doctors. In some programs, it is possible to use case-tasks to consolidate practical skills in diagnostics and treatment tactics.

Original research Mentoring as an effective tool for integration of a young specialist into work activities

In the modern world, the quality transfer of effective skills to a young specialist is especially relevant. In the conditions of an unfavorable epidemic situation, many knowledge and skills were acquired remotely, which is not acceptable in medical education. When taking office, it is difficult for a young medical specialist to join the workforce due to a lack of professional skills and abilities. In this case, it is important to stimulate the institution of mentoring as an effective tool for introducing a young specialist into real working conditions.

Improving the system of medical education and staffing is one of the priority areas for the development of healthcare, which provides for the constant improvement of the professional level and expansion of the qualifications of medical workers. Building an individual learning path implies the formation of an educational path when mastering new knowledge, improving general and professional competencies, taking into account national, federal and regional projects in the field of healthcare, as well as professional standards and educational needs of specialists and their employers. The material presents the results of a survey of chief and senior nurses in order to effectively design individual educational trajectories for specialists with secondary medical education.

Currently, there is an increase in morbidity rates among students. Especially, there is an increase in students with visual impairment, diseases of the digestive system, the nervous system by the end of the training period, which in turn leads to a decrease in the efficiency of young professionals in the future. In this regard, each teacher in the process of teaching students must apply health-saving educational technologies. Their goal is to preserve the health of students, the formation of a priority for a healthy lifestyle. The use of health-saving principles in teaching leads to a decrease in morbidity, an increase in student performance and an improvement in the psychological climate in student groups.
